Established by an act of  the State Legislature in 1991, the Local Early Education Planning Council (LPC)  of º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø is a collaborative association of representatives from  the early care and education field, including parents, child care providers,  businesses, and government. 
Mission
The primary mission of LPC’s are to plan for child care and development services based on the needs of  families in the local community. The LPC’s are intended to serve as a forum to  address the child care needs of all families in the community for all types of child care, both subsidized and non-subsidized. 
​The mission of the LPC of º¬Ðß²ÝÉçÇø is to assess, represent, and promote the early care and education needs of children and families.
