Required training instructions:
- Go to
Mandated Reporter Training for Early Learning Centers Only
- Check that you are on the
Child Care Providers page
- Plan for up to 3 hours to complete the training (you may stop and restart)
- Plan for up to an additional 60 minutes to complete the exam
- Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled
To begin, please register by clicking on
Register/Sign In at the top right of the page. Fill in requested information and select
Next: Select Course at the bottom of the page
- Select Course:
Child Care Providers
- Verify your email address with the email sent to the email address you provided and follow the link to complete your registration
- Sign in to access the training materials
- Select
Take Training to begin. Once complete,
- Select
Take Exam to begin your final assessment
- Select
Exit after completing and passing (80% or higher) the assessment
- Click on
View Certificate at the next screen
- You may retrieve another copy of your final certificate at any time by logging back into this account
Download your certificate and submit it with your completed contractor’s packet. Email
