This section is for CONTINUING CONTRACTORS who have been fully processed/cleared and are  continuing with us for the extended school (summer) and/or the new school year. 
 
   Note, if you were processed with one company/agency and  have changed who you are working for, you are considered a new contractor and  will need an authorization form from your new employer. If you have had a lapse  in working with SCCOE students, you are considered a new contractor. Please use  the 
      
         New Contractors section to complete those requirements. 
Each new  school year, all contractors are required to update their information, complete  the annual requirement of Mandated Reporter Training(s) and receive a new  school year ID badge. Badges are issued once all requirements below have been  met. 
 
   INSTRUCTIONS:
- Update  and submit, to your company/agency, the following ALL  TOGETHER at the same time (items  1a, 1b, and if needed 1c and items 2 and 3) 
      
- Update your 
            Information Sheet​â¶Ä‹ 
 - Complete the annual, required new school year  Mandated Reporter Training for K-Post Secondary Sites (once we get your updated  information, you will be sent an email containing an unique link to the course,  please do not send your certificate to us)
 - You may be required to renew your TB clearance  (if older than four years from your original start) and/or your  license/permit/credential (if expired). We will notify you.
 - Read our 
            Employee Compliance Handbook and Technology Agreement (nothing to send) 
 
 
 
   Additional Forms: only  for those in Head Start, State Preschool, Educare  or Special Education Inclusion Preschool licensed day care facilities  (complete items 2 and 3):

      Annual Training for Early Learning Sites Only (attach your certificate to your updated information). This is in addition to the Mandated Reporter Training above, #1b. 
 - Provide proof of your vaccination or sign and date waiver 
      Annual Influenza Vaccination/Waiver Form (Required between August 1 and December 1 each year).
