If you have a LiveScan form from a local school district or charter school and they are billed by us, please call (408) 453-6835 to make an appointment.
NOTE: Additional service hours can be scheduled for employers or agencies with large applicant groups. Contact Resource Support Services at (408) 453-6835​ for additional information.

SCHEDULE A LIVE SCAN APPOINTMENT
Documents requirements for appointment:
- Pre-filled Request for Live Scan Services form
- Valid form of identification:
- DMV-issued ID or Driver's License
- US Passport
DIRECTIONS TO SCCOE:
The Fingerprint Live Scan Unit is located in the South Building (Level II). Our address is 1290 Ridder Park Drive (at Brokaw Road) in San Jose. Directions to the SCCOE are provided
