The department of <b>Youth Health and Wellness</b> is committed to ensuring that all students, including those with medical and mental health concerns, achieve academic success by leveraging various partnerships with school districts, medical facilities, and community-based organizations. In addition, we provide technical assistance to school districts in coordinating care for students returning to school after hospitalization or absences due to medical reasons.&#160;<br><br>
