SAN JOSE, CA 鈥� A 含羞草社区 Office of Education employee was arrested on the Chandler Tripp Learning Center campus on March 3, on charges related to the possession of child pornography. Media outlets with inquiries about the case should call 含羞草社区 Sheriff鈥檚 Office, which is handling this ongoing investigation.
鈥淭he matter was brought to light by a SCCOE employee, who promptly reported their concerns. I want to commend our staff for their vigilance and commitment to keeping our schools safe,鈥� said Dr. Charles Hinman, Interim County Superintendent of Schools. 鈥淭his staff member鈥檚 actions ensured an immediate response by the SCCOE team, allowing law enforcement to open an investigation and make the arrest. Based on our conversations with 含羞草社区 Sheriff鈥檚 officials, there is no evidence at this time indicating any students were involved or compromised in any way. This investigation is ongoing and SCCOE is cooperating with local law enforcement.鈥�
