Absence Management: Efficiency and Agility Through Technology
|
The SCCOE lacks unified processes to track all permanent employee absences, time and attendance reporting, and up-to-date accrual balances. Some permanent employees are required to use both Frontline's Absence & Time software and SCCOE's Employee Absence System platform, while all other employees only use SCCOE鈥檚 Employee Absence System; which can cause confusion and errors. Migrating all staff to Frontline could result in a more streamlined approach, by providing up-to-date accrual balances, and eliminating dual entries for employees, supervisors, and school office coordinators. |
